Our Doctors


Mark Mensh, D.M.D.

Dr. Mark Mensh grew up in Cumberland County. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University for undergrad where he was the president of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. He then completed his dental education in 1995 at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also president of Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity

Dr. Mensh continued his dental education by completing a general practice residency program at Virtua (West Jersey) Hospital in Camden. Dr. Mensh has been in private practice since 1996.

Dr. Mensh is a current member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, the Atlantic County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.


Deryck Pham, D.D.S.

Since his graduation from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2004, Dr. Pham has always strived to grow and excel in the practice of dentistry by completing a Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency and taking numerous continuing education courses every year to stay abreast of the most current dental technologies and procedures. He is also a current member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Pham enjoys living a healthy lifestyle, which means you can always find him outside doing something, from playing sports to working on the house. He enjoys spending time with his family – Colleen, his wife, Callie and Layla, his daughters, and Landon and Cruz, his sons.

Dr. Pham lives by his phrase – “Making the World a Better Place, One Smile at a Time."


David Burdette, D.D.S.

Dr. Burdette attended Salisbury University in Maryland where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2007 from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Burdette completed his General Practice Residency at the Hospital of Veterans' Affairs in Philadelphia, which focused on complex comprehensive care.


Greg DeFelice, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. Greg DeFelice grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs. He received his bachelor’s degree, graduating Maxima Cum Laude with General University Honors from LaSalle University, in Philadelphia. Dr. DeFelice then graduated second in his class from the Temple University School of Dentistry. He completed his orthodontic training and received his master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. DeFelice is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. DeFelice was married on the beach at Magen’s Bay in St. Thomas in December 2005. He and his wife, Heather, now live in Egg Harbor Township with their two dogs, Snickers, a goldendoodle, and Shorty, a terrior-dachshund mix. When not straightening teeth, Dr. DeFelice can be found fishing off the coast of New Jersey.


Our Hygienists!


Laura

Laura has been with the practice since 2005. She studied dental hygiene at Camden County College and received her degree in 2004. While attending continuing education classes over the years, she furthered her practical function to include administering local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort. Patient comfort is her main goal when treating her patients. She wants them to feel like part of our family and look forward to their visits. When not brightening smiles, she and the love of her life, John, enjoy spending time with their dogs. 


Kristen

Kristen currently resides in Mullica Township with her amazing son Tyler. Kristen graduated from Camden County College in 2005 with her degree in dental hygiene. She has been part of Brickworks team since 2007. Kristen has received the "Excellence as a Chairside Educator" award from Oral B. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her pride and joy, Tyler, friends, and family. She also enjoys four-wheeling and traveling. Kristen absolutely loves her job and getting to know her patients individually to provide high quality dental care. She prides herself on being gentle yet thorough.


Jaci

Jaci received her hygiene training at Community College of Philadelphia in 2007 and furthered her education by receiving her local anesthesia license from Manor College in 2012. She is dedicated to continuing education and learning about the latest advances in dentistry so that she can better treat and educate her patients. Jaci strives to make each visit at Brickworks Dental a personal and pleasant experience for everyone and recently won the Heart to Hands Award for top patient care in the USA and Canada. In her spare time, she loves being with her husband and two children outdoors and working on home-improvement projects.


Giovanna

Giovanna is from Lima, Peru and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree there in 2001. She practiced as a general dentist until she moved to New Jersey to become a dental hygienist. Giovanna graduated from Camden County College as a dental hygienist in 2012. She loves dentistry and the positive outcomes it brings to patients. What she enjoys the most is building a rapport with patients and improving their oral health. When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter. 


Amanda

Amanda began her education at Cumberland County College and received an associates in biomedical healthcare and then continued on to receive her dental hygiene degree in 2017 from the Community College of Philadelphia. Amanda strives to continue learning and plans on furthering her education. Her goal for her patients is to have a positive, yet educational experience while in her chair. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with with her family and friends.

Sherry

Sherry has been a dental assistant for 27 years. She is a pivotal part of the Brickworks Dental family. When Sherry is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family doing many outdoor activities.


Angel

Angel became a part of the Brickworks family in January of 2012. She is a CDA/RDA and graduated from Cape May County Technical School's accredited Dental Assisting program in 2011. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and pets. Angel is an avid reader and during downtime is often found curled up with a good book. She has a fond appreciation for art and the creative process. She also enjoys crafting, sketching, photography, spending time outdoors, and various shenanigans with friends.


Kelsie

Kelsie joined the Brickworks family in December 2015. She graduated from Atlantic County Institute of Technology in June 2015 for dental assisting. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, being adventurous and hiking. 


Lauren

Lauren joined our team in December 2014. She received her assistant training at Harris School of business and is excited to learn more and grow in the dental field. When she's not at work, Lauren is spending time with her two boys, enjoying the outdoors and staying fit.

Lynne

Lynne is the financial and treatment coordinator at Brickwork Dental. She has been part of the Brickworks team since 2007. Lynne grew up in South Florida and went to FAU in Boca Raton. She is the mother of two boys who are very active in scouting with Pack & Troop 254 in Mays Landing. Lynne can often be found with her scouting family fundraising, volunteering, and camping. Lynne's many other hobbies and activities include photography, cooking, running, and going to the gym. Halloween is her favorite time of year and she is know for getting all dressed up. She loves putting up spooky elaborate decorations in her yard for the entire neighborhood to enjoy. Lynne is always happy to address any questions about our office and your treatment.


Kim

Kim has been a member of the Brickworks team since 2008. She handles various aspects of insurance administration. Kim resides in Weekstown with her husband Ed, her daughter Amanda, and her son Justin. She enjoys time with her family, traveling, and spending time outdoors.


Patty

My name is Patty Tustin and I have been the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator at Brickworks Dental since August of 2010. In addition to being responsible for all areas of orthodontic treatment from initial scheduling to financial considerations, I also handle reception activities in conjunction with the other front office staff. I also coordinate the hygiene recall procedures for the office.

Originally from Reading, PA, I moved to Sea Isle City in 1976 and remained in the area until moving to Weymouth Township about 11 years ago. I have one daughter who works for the Humane Society of Atlantic County, and a son who attended Rutgers University and is currently working at Wawa while waiting to enlist in the Army.

In addition to my responsibilities here at Brickworks Dental, I am the Vice President of Seashore Dog Training Club, an Adoption Representative for Greyhound Friends, a Tester/Observer for Therapy Dogs Inc., and an AKC, CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Evaluator. I compete with my dogs in AKC obedience trials and can be found at most festivals and block parties promoting greyhound adoption. I visit local nursing homes, hospice, and hospitals with my therapy dogs to provide some companionship to those that are confined to those facilities. Any other free time is spent watching ice hockey... Go Blackhawks!


Mike

Mike has been a member of the Brickworks team since 2006. He attended Boston College as a biology major and now resides back in his home town of Somers Point. Mike is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, and he enjoys hockey, softball, football, tennis, golf, bowling, horseshoes, darts, pool, foosball, snowboarding, and pretty much any other sport or game he can get his hands on. Mike is a bagpiper in the ACFD Sand Pipers and runs bar trivia at Charlies in Somers Point. He also has a history of dressing in ridiculous costumes and running 5K, 10K, or half marathon races throughout South Jersey.
